- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Freeze for 30 minutes, or until firm.
- In a separate bowl, melt dark chocolate with coconut oil.
- Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Place the coated clusters back on the parchment paper.
- Freeze for another 15 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
- Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
Notes
- For a sweeter cluster, add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup to the yogurt mixture.
- You can use milk chocolate or white chocolate instead of dark chocolate.
- Ensure the yogurt clusters are completely frozen before dipping in chocolate for best results.
