  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix, milk, and melted butter. Stir until just combined.
  3. Gently fold in the cooked chicken, onion, celery, and carrots.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth and sour cream. Pour this mixture over the chicken and biscuit mixture.
  5. Stir in the parsley, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
