Easy monster cookies made with cake mix.
Ingredients

- 1 box (15.25 oz) cake mix (any flavor)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup M&M’s candies
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, M&M’s candies, and nuts (if using).
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- You can use any flavor of cake mix you prefer.
- For softer cookies, bake for a shorter time. For crispier cookies, bake for a longer time.
