A simple recipe for a cold, sweet, and spiced oat milk latte flavored with maple syrup and cinnamon.

- 1 shot espresso (or 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee)
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Brew your espresso or strong coffee. Let it cool slightly.
- In a glass, combine the maple syrup and ground cinnamon. Stir them together.
- Pour the cooled coffee or espresso into the glass over the syrup and cinnamon mixture. Stir well to dissolve the syrup.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the oat milk over the ice.
- Stir the entire drink gently until the ingredients are mixed. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use two shots of espresso.
- You can substitute regular milk for oat milk if desired.
- Adjust the amount of maple syrup to match your preferred sweetness level.
