- 4 oz oat milk
- 2 tbsp brown sugar syrup
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Prepare the brown sugar syrup if not using pre-made.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the brown sugar syrup over the ice.
- Add the oat milk to the glass.
- Brew the espresso shots directly over the milk and syrup mixture.
- Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- To make simple brown sugar syrup, combine equal parts brown sugar and water in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves. Cool before use.
