Description

A refreshing and hydrating fruit punch, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup grenadine
  • 2 cups sparkling water, chilled
  • 1 cup sliced mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, and grenadine. Stir well.
  2. Add the sliced mixed berries and cucumber to the pitcher.
  3. Just before serving, pour in the chilled sparkling water.
  4. Add ice cubes to individual glasses and pour the fruit punch over the ice.
  5. Garnish with extra fruit slices if desired.

Notes

  • For a less sweet punch, reduce the amount of grenadine.
  • You can prepare the juice mixture ahead of time and add the sparkling water and fruit just before serving.
  • This punch is also delicious with a splash of ginger ale.
