Description

A sweet and spicy coffee drink made with espresso, milk, honey, and caramel.


Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for spice)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming, but not boiling.
  2. Remove the milk from the heat. Stir in the honey and cayenne pepper, if using. Whisk until the honey dissolves.
  3. Brew two shots of espresso.
  4. Pour the espresso into your mug.
  5. Pour the hot honey milk mixture over the espresso.
  6. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top.
  7. Add whipped cream if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of honey to control sweetness.
  • Use less cayenne pepper if you prefer less heat.
  • For an iced version, use cold milk and pour over ice after mixing the espresso.
