A sweet and spicy coffee drink made with espresso, milk, honey, and caramel.
Ingredients

- 2 shots espresso
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for spice)
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming, but not boiling.
- Remove the milk from the heat. Stir in the honey and cayenne pepper, if using. Whisk until the honey dissolves.
- Brew two shots of espresso.
- Pour the espresso into your mug.
- Pour the hot honey milk mixture over the espresso.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top.
- Add whipped cream if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of honey to control sweetness.
- Use less cayenne pepper if you prefer less heat.
- For an iced version, use cold milk and pour over ice after mixing the espresso.
