Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add steak strips to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade and place on the hot grill pan.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
- You can substitute flank steak with sirloin or ribeye.
