Instructions
- Place the roasted hazelnuts in a food processor. Process until they form a smooth butter, scraping down the sides as needed. This may take 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and salt to the food processor.
- Process until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the spread to an airtight container.
