- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle cheddar and parmesan cheeses evenly over the bottom of the crust.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cheese in the pie crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can use other types of cheese, such as Gruyere or Swiss.
- Add herbs like chives or parsley for extra flavor.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
