Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate or springform pan. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until well combined. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract.
- Fold in sliced bananas, drained crushed pineapple, and halved maraschino cherries.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust.

- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until firm.
