  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Spread the thawed hash browns evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the cooked sausage or bacon, chopped onion, and chopped bell pepper over the hash browns.
