- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) green beans, drained
- 1 can (6 oz) french fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in the condensed soups, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add the drained green beans and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top evenly with the french fried onions.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until bubbly and the onions are golden brown.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can use all cream of mushroom soup.
- Add a pinch of garlic powder to the beef mixture for extra flavor.
- You can substitute french fried onions with crispy fried shallots.
