- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup spinach, packed
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Place the avocado, spinach, almond milk, water, sweetener (if using), and vanilla extract into a blender.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a colder smoothie, use frozen spinach instead of fresh.
