- 1 pizza dough ball (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, roasted
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (232 degrees Celsius). Place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven while it preheats.
- Lightly flour a surface and roll or stretch your pizza dough to your desired thickness.
- In a small bowl, mash the roasted garlic cloves with a fork.
- Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Distribute the mashed roasted garlic over the ricotta layer.
- Sprinkle the chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled feta cheese over the pizza.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully transfer the pizza onto the preheated stone or baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Roast garlic ahead of time by wrapping whole heads in foil with a drizzle of olive oil and baking at 400F for 30-40 minutes until soft.
- Use pre-made pizza dough for a quicker preparation time.
