Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
- Add the drained corn, ranch seasoning mix, and water to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Cover the skillet and let it sit for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the garlic.
- You can substitute frozen corn for canned corn.
- Serve with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
