- 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in drained corn and ranch seasoning mix. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
- Cover the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot.
