These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main dish, perfect for parties or a quick meal. They feature seasoned ground beef and cheese wrapped in flaky crescent dough, then brushed with a savory garlic parmesan butter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 4 slices American cheese, cut into quarters
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and one-quarter of a cheese slice on the wide end of each crescent roll.
  6. Roll up the crescent dough from the wide end to the pointed end, enclosing the filling.
  7. Place the rolled bombs on a baking sheet.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Brush the garlic parmesan butter over the tops of the crescent bombs.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
  • You can use other types of cheese, such as cheddar or mozzarella, for variety.
  • Store leftover bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
