Description

A simple skillet meal featuring cauliflower and mushrooms seasoned with garlic.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and sliced mushrooms to the skillet.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes until vegetables start to soften and brown.
  4. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  5. Stir well and cook for 1 more minute until the garlic is fragrant.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • You can add a splash of vegetable broth if the skillet becomes too dry during cooking.
