Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 (9 ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the sauce.
  8. Serve immediately.
