Description
These garlic butter cheese bombs are an easy and delicious appetizer or side dish. Fluffy biscuits are stuffed with mozzarella cheese, then brushed with a savory garlic butter sauce and baked until golden brown.

- 1 (16.3 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Separate the biscuit dough. Flatten each biscuit. Place one mozzarella cube in the center of each biscuit.
- Wrap the biscuit dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal completely, forming a ball.
- Arrange the cheese bombs in the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each cheese bomb.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
- These are best served immediately.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
