  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Separate the biscuit dough. Flatten each biscuit. Place one mozzarella cube in the center of each biscuit.
  3. Wrap the biscuit dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal completely, forming a ball.
  4. Arrange the cheese bombs in the prepared baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
