A delicious twist on classic grilled cheese, combining the flavors of garlic bread with melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley. Mix well.
- Spread the garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the bread in the skillet.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from skillet and cut in half if desired.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust the amount of garlic to your preference.
- Use your favorite type of cheese for melting.
- Cook over medium heat to prevent burning the bread before the cheese melts.
