- 1 large egg

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- In a large bowl, combine the sugar cookie mix, softened butter, and 1 large egg. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and ½ cup granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in 1 large egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of Fruity Pebbles cereal into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cookie dough base.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of Fruity Pebbles cereal over the top of the hot cheesecake.
- Let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
- For best results, chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
