Description
A refreshing and healthy frozen snack made with Greek yogurt and mixed berries.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the Greek yogurt evenly on the prepared baking sheet to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Scatter the mixed berries over the yogurt.
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- Break into pieces and serve.
Notes
- You can use any berries you like.
- Add other toppings such as granola, nuts, or chocolate chips.
- Store leftover bark in the freezer in an airtight container.
