Instructions
- Chocolate Lava Cakes: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease and flour two ramekins. Melt butter and chocolate. Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar. Stir in chocolate mixture, then flour and salt. Pour into ramekins. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Let cool slightly before inverting onto plates.
- Berry Crumble: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss berries with sugar, flour, and lemon juice. Place in a baking dish. For the crumble, combine flour, brown sugar, and oats. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over berries. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- No-Bake Cheesecake: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over crust. Chill for at least 4 hours.
- Lemon Bars: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). For the crust, combine flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press into an 8×8 inch baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. For the filling, whisk eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and zest. Pour over baked crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.
