Ingredients

- 1 Graham cracker crust
- 1 Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- Assorted toppings (fruit, chocolate, caramel)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
- Pour mixture into graham cracker crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until center is almost set.
- Let cool completely before adding toppings.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer cheesecake, use sour cream instead of milk.
- Add chocolate chips or fruit to the batter for added flavor.
- Experiment with different crusts like Oreo or shortbread.
