Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Season steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook steak for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned. Remove from skillet.
  4. Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and garlic.
  6. Return steak to the skillet with the vegetables.
  7. Pour sauce over steak and vegetables and stir to coat.
  8. Serve steak and vegetable mixture over cooked rice.
