Ingredients

- 1 pound steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook steak for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned. Remove from skillet.
- Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and garlic.
- Return steak to the skillet with the vegetables.
- Pour sauce over steak and vegetables and stir to coat.
- Serve steak and vegetable mixture over cooked rice.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- You can substitute your favorite vegetables.
