  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and slightly tender.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the beef broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, and sugar until smooth.
  6. Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the beef and broccoli.
