Ingredients

- 4 hot dog buns
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pickled jalapeno
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: Sriracha, extra jalapenos
Instructions
- Grill or pan-fry hot dogs until cooked through and slightly charred.
- While hot dogs are cooking, combine red onion, pickled jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, and cumin in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Season the relish with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place cooked hot dogs in buns.
- Top hot dogs generously with the spicy relish.
- Add optional toppings like Sriracha for extra heat.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust the amount of jalapeno to control the spice level.
- For a milder relish, use less or omit the jalapeno.
- You can make the relish ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator.
