  • 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced onion and bell peppers. Cook until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in fajita seasoning.
  4. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle with shredded Colby Jack cheese.
