  • Pinch of ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Brew one cup of strong chai tea and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the milk, apple butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Heat the milk mixture over medium heat until warm and steaming, whisking gently to dissolve the apple butter. Do not boil.
  4. Pour the brewed chai tea into a mug.
  5. Pour the warm spiced milk mixture over the tea.
