Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron according to manufacturer directions.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour blend, brown sugar, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the plant milk, melted coconut oil, molasses, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
- Pour the batter onto the hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crisp, following your waffle iron’s cooking time guidelines.
