Simple slow cooker recipe for tender chicken with ranch seasoning.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the dry ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
- Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and seasoning.
- Place the cubed cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken using two forks directly in the slow cooker.
- Stir the shredded chicken and cream cheese mixture until combined and creamy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- This chicken is good served over rice or mashed potatoes.
- You can add bacon bits during the last 30 minutes of cooking for extra flavor.
