Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, rice, chicken broth, black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper in the Instant Pot.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Secure the lid and set the valve to sealing.
  4. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
  5. Allow for a 5-minute natural release, then quick release the remaining pressure.
  6. Stir well before serving.
