Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts horizontally to create thinner cutlets.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another shallow dish, whisk egg and water.
  4. Dip each chicken cutlet first in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Cook chicken cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
