- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts horizontally to create thinner cutlets.
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow dish, whisk egg and water.
- Dip each chicken cutlet first in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add garlic powder or paprika to the flour mixture.
- Serve with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes or a salad.
