  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup uncooked instant rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Add onion and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  5. Add broccoli florets, instant rice, and chicken broth to the skillet. Bring to a boil.
