- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off excess fat.
- Stir in condensed soup, diced tomatoes, and uncooked egg noodles.
- Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute other condensed soups like cream of chicken.
- Add frozen vegetables for extra nutrition.
