  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
  4. Add chopped Swiss chard to the skillet. Cook until wilted, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
