- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream or other topping, optional
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Stir in the lemon juice and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Chill for at least 3 hours, or until set.
- Top with whipped cream or other topping if desired.
Notes
- You can use different flavor extracts for variety.
- Try adding fresh fruit to the filling.
- Store covered in the refrigerator.
