- 2 large cucumbers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and trim the ends of the cucumbers.
- Slice the cucumbers into rounds about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Place the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star tip, or use a small spoon.
- Pipe or spoon a small amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
- Chill the bites for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer texture, use cold cream cheese and mix well.
- You can substitute Greek yogurt for half the cream cheese for a lighter filling.
