Description

Simple, refreshing bites featuring crisp cucumber and dill flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the ends of the cucumbers.
  2. Slice the cucumbers into rounds about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Place the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star tip, or use a small spoon.
  5. Pipe or spoon a small amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
  6. Chill the bites for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a firmer texture, use cold cream cheese and mix well.
  • You can substitute Greek yogurt for half the cream cheese for a lighter filling.
