Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • Paprika, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Drain eggs and rinse with cold water. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Scoop the yolks into a small bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
  4. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the mashed yolks. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  6. Garnish with paprika before serving.

Notes

  • For a smoother filling, you can press the mashed yolks through a fine-mesh sieve.
