A refreshing and colorful gelatin salad perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 package (3 ounces) lime gelatin
- 1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin
- 1 package (3 ounces) orange gelatin
- 3 cups boiling water, divided
- 1 can (15 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve lime gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add pineapple with juice. Pour into a 9×13 inch dish. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in mandarin oranges and celery. Carefully spoon over the lime layer. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
- In another bowl, dissolve orange gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in walnuts. Carefully spoon over the lemon layer. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
- Spread whipped topping over the top layer before serving.
Notes
- Make sure each layer is firm before adding the next.
- You can substitute other fruits and nuts based on your preference.
