Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cream cheese, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a small baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add other low carb vegetables like cauliflower or spinach.
- For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of nutmeg.
