Ingredients

- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, red onion, celery, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and almonds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter salad, add a bit more sugar.
- You can substitute other nuts or seeds for the sunflower seeds and almonds.
- For a tangier dressing, add more apple cider vinegar.
