Instructions

  2. In another shallow dish, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  4. Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Carefully place chicken pieces into the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
  6. Fry for 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove chicken from oil and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
