  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place flour, eggs, and panko in separate shallow dishes.
  3. Season flour with salt and pepper.
  4. Dip chicken in flour, then egg, then panko.
