A creamy and flavorful pasta salad with a taco twist.
Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and milk.
- Add cooked pasta, ground beef, cheese, salsa, red onion, bell pepper, and cilantro to the bowl.
- Stir to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use any type of pasta you prefer.
- Adjust the amount of salsa and vegetables to your liking.
- For a spicier salad, add a dash of hot sauce or a chopped jalapeño.
