Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and milk.
  5. Add cooked pasta, ground beef, cheese, salsa, red onion, bell pepper, and cilantro to the bowl.
  6. Stir to combine.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
