Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain, reserving about 1 cup of pasta water.
- While pasta cooks, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and white wine (if using). Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the chopped lobster meat to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to coat.
- If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Stir in fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use fresh or frozen lobster meat.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- For a richer flavor, use lobster stock instead of pasta water.
