  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin

  • 1 (3 ounce) package fruit-flavored gelatin (any flavor)
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  3. In a small bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat gelatin mixture in microwave for 30 seconds, or until dissolved. Stir into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Fold in drained fruit cocktail. Pour into a 9×13 inch pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until set.
  6. In a separate bowl, dissolve fruit-flavored gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
  7. Let cool to room temperature.
  8. Pour cooled fruit-flavored gelatin over the cream cheese layer.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  10. Cut into squares and serve.
