Instructions
- Gently muddle the thyme sprig in the bottom of a glass.
- Add the cranberry juice, lime juice, and simple syrup (if using) to the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Top with sparkling water or club soda.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Garnish with a fresh thyme sprig or a lime wheel.

- For a stronger thyme flavor, let the muddled thyme sit in the juice mixture for five minutes before adding ice.
